Terms of service

Last updated 14 October 2026. This is a plain-language template for a personal app, not legal advice.

Using the app

Actually Intelligent is a personal tool. By signing in with Google you let the app read your Gmail, as described in the privacy policy, and show you a Voiceprint and draft replies. You must use your own Google account, or an account you are allowed to connect.

Drafts, not sent mail

Reply suggestions are drafts for you to read and edit. The app does not send email. You are responsible for anything you later send yourself from Gmail.

Your content

Your mail stays yours. You give the app permission to store and process the messages it reads so it can build your Voiceprint and drafts. Do not connect an account if you are not allowed to share that mail with the processors named in the privacy policy.

The service can change or stop

This is an early app. Features, storage, and availability can change or end without notice. The app is provided as is, without a warranty that drafts will be accurate, complete, or in your voice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to access someone else’s mailbox, or to interfere with the service. We may revoke access if the app is misused.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost mail, bad drafts, or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
